Yes! We offer a generous free plan that includes unlimited collaboration requests, custom intake forms, pipeline management, and secure messaging. We're currently in beta and focused on building the best experience for creators.

Yes. "Verified domain" appears automatically when a brand's website and their sign-in email share a domain, and "Verified brand" once Collaffy has reviewed the brand. Creators see the badge on the brand's card in the chat and in new-request emails. The link in your manager's first email confirms the brand's email address, not the brand itself.

There's no self-serve export button in the dashboard yet, but you can request a copy of your data — including collaboration requests and conversation history — under the data portability right in our Privacy Policy. Email privacy@collaffy.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

We support most common file types including documents (PDF, DOC), images (JPG, PNG, GIF), and videos (MP4, MOV). Files are automatically scanned for viruses and limited to 25MB per file.

We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, files are virus-scanned, and we use signed URLs for secure file access. We never sell or share your personal information.
